This site will remain active, but we will also bring you exciting news straight from our research sites in Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory in Colorado and at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA)!
As field biologists, we record information about the social lives of these animals and about the natural dangers these marmots face on daily basis. Although the life of a field biologist might seem quite straightforward, we can assure you that we encounter many adventures along the way and climb many mountains while making scientific discoveries.
